2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 150 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the Tempo bearing Reg No. BR01-PH-6894. Petitioner is alleged to be registered owner of the said vehicle.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized Tempo, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
