2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 244 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 93.255 litre foreign liquor has been recovered from the back side of the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the back side of her house which is accessible to all. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is a lady having no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57578 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 criminal antecedent. She is in judicial custody since 05.07.2025. She undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 3, Civil Court, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 244 of 2025.
