JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 05-01-2018 The only indulgence, which this Court is willing to give to the appellant, is that the Bank authorities would be obliged to give the calculation on the basis of which recovery has been made from the G.P.F. account of the appellant after his superannuation. It is the submission of the counsel for the appellant that recoveries of the outstanding loans have already been made in a substantive basis, and, therefore, the extent of recovery is irrational. This Court cannot do any accounting for him. However, liberty is granted for him to get satisfied with regard to deductions. If
