The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/337/225/353 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on information being received by the police that Nagendra Yadav and Panna Devi, the accused of Belaganj P.S. Case No.86 of 2015 registered under section 302/201/34 had taken shelter in the house of one Sanjay Yadav, the raid was laid when the family members of Sanjay Yadav and others started pelting bricks and facilitated the accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42977 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 to escape from the house of Sanjay Yadav.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and these petitioners are not connected in any way with Nagendra Yadav and Panna Devi for whose arrest the police laid the raid. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.84 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
