Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the deceased committed suicide after few months of marriage for demand of dowry.
