The petitioner seeks bail in Khajauli P.S. Case No.199 of 2020, giving rise to T.R. No.2256 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 27.10.2021, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No.18321 of 2021 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide Annexure-3 charge has been framed.
