Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 91 of 2008 registered for the offences under Sections 366, 376, 323, 325, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the Complaint Case has been filed after a delay of one year without there being any explanation for the same. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named are directed to be released on bail, in
