SINHA) Date: 29-01-2015 It appears against the order under contempt Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority has preferred Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 36772 of 2014 which was placed before a Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court on 27.01.2015 when the Hon'ble Supreme Court having heard counsel for the authority and Respondent No. 1, contempt petitioner directed

Patna High Court MJC No.4577 of 2014 dt.29-01-2015 that the matter be considered after three weeks, during the pendency of the Special Leave Petition no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

2. In the circumstances, we are of the view that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this contempt matter pending, which is disposed of as it is expected that after disposal of the matter by the Apex Court parties will comply the order of the Apex Court.

3. Before parting with this order we observe that in case even after disposal of the Special Leave Petition, lands-in-question is not handed over by the authority to the contempt petitioner, he will be well advised to file a short contempt petition annexing the order of the Supreme Court with liberty to mention.
