2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37262 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits vide order dated 31.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37262 of 2023, petitioners were granted bail, but inadvertently, father's name of petitioner no.3 has wrongly been typed as "Lakhindra Sahni", instead of "Soneful Sahni".
4. Accordingly, order dated 31.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37262 of 2023 is modified to the extent that father's
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65240 of 2023(3) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 name of petitioner no.3 be read as "Soneful Sahni" instead of "Lakhindra Sahni".
5. However, regarding extension of period of surrender, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
