2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 1131 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Recovery is of 64.5 litres of illicit country made Nepali Kasturi liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
