Case No.183 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

As per the F.I.R. 6 litres liquor was recovered from the house of Uday Mistry and 10 litres from the motor cycle of Pramod Rajbanshi.

The submission of the petitioners is that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 27.8.2016.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
