2. The petitioner claims himself as the member of the School Management and Development Committee of S.S.B.S. High School, Mehura, Bagaha- 1, District- West Champaran. He has filed the present writ application for direction to the respondent authorities to initiate the departmental proceedings

Patna High Court CWJC No.17500 of 2019(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 against respondent no. 9 for irregularities committed by him. Initiation of departmental enquiry against that the delinquent employee is the prerogative of the employer. I am afraid, writ of mandamus cannot be issued by this Court for initiating departmental proceedings against respondent no. 9.
