There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave fatal blow to the deceased and the allegation is corroborated by the post mortem report, hence, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner, at least, at this stage, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No. 131 of 2014, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
