Patna High Court CWJC No.11148 of 2011(6) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 Department, Government of Bihar & ors. reported in 2014(2) PLJR 665 and in the light of the said judgment, no substantive relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The District Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura is directed to take into account the submissions made on behalf of the parties and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
