The dispute is between the so-called daughter of the freedom-fighter and his wife, who is now said to be dead, for claim of freedom fighter's pension, which is already paid to the wife and the appellant demands a share thereof.

Patna High Court LPA No.1830 of 2015 dt.01-09-2017 2/2 The relief, which the appellant has sought for and has been refused by the learned Single Judge, has rightly been refused. The issue cannot be decided in a Writ Application. The learned Single Judge rightly left the matter open with the object that the appellant may approach the right forum or the authority for appropriate remedy. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
