JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 29.11.2018, passed by the Circle Officer, Majhaulia Block, District- West Champaran, in connection with Encroachment case no. 14 of 2018-19, by filing appropriate appeal.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.14961 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the aforesaid order dated 29.11.2018 and in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits, without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, forthwith and till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
