1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Koilwar P. S. Case No.408 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the 4th attempt of the petitioner to seek a regular bail.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that charges have been framed, trial has commenced and out of ten witnesses, five prosecution witnesses have been examined.

5. Since petitioner is alleged to be the assailant of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65359 of 2024(2) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 deceased along with Om Prakash Yadav, as such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. The prayer of the petitioner for regular bail stands rejected.
