That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to remove the encroachment from the Gairmajarua aam road bearing khata no. 103, survey plot no. 691 measuring about 1 katha 11 dhurs having dimension of 20' wide x 90'

long situated in village Maulanapur police station Siwan Muffasil District Siwan and further direct the respondents to take action against the encroachers

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Siwan Sadar, District-Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Siwan Sadar, District-Siwan by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.
