ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2019 in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No.10 of 2019 arising out of Akbarpur P.S. Case No.274 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 20/22 of the NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery of 550 gram of Ganja is much less than the small quantity. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has two other criminal antecedents as recorded in paragraph 3 of the petition, in which one case he has been acquitted and in another case he
