2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 490 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2024.

5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi/ concerned Court in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 490 of 2023.
