Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have killed the deceased along with his criminal brother Rahul. Due to previous dispute they have threatened the deceased also.

Considering the aforesaid the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is dismissed.
