The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 506, 504, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the accused persons used to tease the informant and her mother by uttering filthy words and making wrong gestures. The accused persons also threatened to kidnap the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled and even assuming the accusation no offence under section 354 IPC is made out. It is further submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45076 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 subsequent to filing of the present case the informant has lodged another case also.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.31 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
