Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2016 in connection with Supaul (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 315, 498-A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-9 of the petition. 5.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like
