JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Vide order dated 09.09.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27283 of 2015, on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall deposit 20% of the amount in question, petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail. Now, the present application has been filed for modification of the earlier order praying for extension of time for depositing of the said amount.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that vide Annexure-4, the entire amount in question, as per direction of this Court, has already been deposited by the petitioner before the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27134 of 2017 (3) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27283 of 2015 vide order dated 09.09.2015, is hereby confirmed.
