Allegation against the petitioner is leveled under Sections 420, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the instant case is of civil nature and the petitioner is in custody since 28.8.2016. The other accused who has been named in the F.I.R., has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 39011 of 2016.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State In view of the fact that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
