JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 The only question, which remains in the present writ petition, is with regard to payment of GPF amount. The respondents have filed a counter affidavit in the present case and in paragraph no. 12 thereof it has been stated that an amount of Rs. 3,96,130/- has been sanctioned on the head of GPF and a request letter has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Kaimur (Bhabua) for making payment of the same. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Kaimur (Bhabua) to ensure actual payment of the aforesaid amount of GPF in the account of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16832 of 2019(3) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 petitioner herein within a period of two weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
