JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation against co-accused Ashok Yadav, Manoj Yadav and Saroj Yadav that they assaulted the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he along with two others assaulted the informant by means of lathi and the informant sustained simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.Case No.122 of 2015.
