Ten litres of country made wine was seized at the instance of the petitioner and for that petitioner is under custody since 14.07.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 thereof.

Accordingly, petitioner, Birendra Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM7th, Motihari, East Champaran in Turkauliya PS Case No. 308/2016.
