Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Allegedly, nine cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, he is languishing in jail custody for six months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 245 of 2016 to the satisfaction of
