In this case, the petitioners submit that PattaKabuliate has been issued but Parwana has not been issued against the petitioners and on that account they have been deprived of fishing.

In paragraph no.12 of the show-cause, it has been mentioned that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have failed to clear their dues, whereas the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 have cleared their dues for the year 2014-14 and accordingly Patta-Kabuliate for the year 2015-16 has been issued in their favour and they came peaceful possession over their respective shares. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though Patta-Kabuliate in favour of petitioner nos. 3 and 4 have been issued but the Secretary is required to issued Parwana, which has not been given to them, on that account they have failed to do needful.

Let all the petitioners approach the Registrar, Cooperative Society, where all the issue will be raised by the petitioners. If the petitioners approach the Registrar, Cooperative Society, by way of filing an application, the same will be considered by him and will try to resolve the dispute expeditiously.
