JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2021 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the present writ application has substantially been redressed and he has been paid his post retiral dues. He has, however, submitted that till date the petitioner has not received arrears of salary arising out of implementation of 6th Pay Revision.

Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned A.A.G.-4 appearing on behalf of the State, has submitted that the present writ application does not raise any grievance relating to payment of arrears of salary.

Be that as it may, considering the submission advanced on behalf of the parties, this application stands disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at

Patna High Court CWJC No.14295 of 2018(7) dt.29-06-2021 2/2 liberty to approach appropriate authority for payment of arrears of salary by making representation.
