The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Goh Police Station Case No. 86 of 2011 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 384, 435 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Submission of the petitioner is that his name had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Dinesh Chandrabanshi, who has already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36971 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Anil Chandravanshi, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad/Successor Court in connection with Goh Police Station Case No. 86 of 2011.
