The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the occurrence took place due to land dispute. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is specific allegation of tearing blause and removing Sari against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41022 of 2017 (3) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
