ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2019 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2000 (Sessions Trial No. 753 of 2017) registered for the offence under Sections 324/307/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/5 of Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation against the petitioner is that he had also hurled bomb, other similarly situated person as named in the FIR, namely, Ajay Singh @ Ajay Kumar Singh @ Ajay Kumar has been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 35508 of 2019 vide order dated 30.05.2019. Learned counsel for the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2000.
