2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 325, 323, 341, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the victim causing grievous injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64244 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the occurrence has taken place due to land dispute, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-8th, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 439 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial and mark his attendance at Udwant Nagar (Gajrajganj O.P.) Police Station two times each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
