2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 307 of 2022 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are involved in execution of the sale deed of the informant's land and thereby they have committed cheating and forgery.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place and the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 61138 of 2023. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S.
