2. With the consent of the parties this writ application is being disposed off at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 16.04.2018, (annexure P/4) before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna, which is still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction would be issued to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna
Patna High Court CWJC No.14235 of 2018(5) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 to dispose off the pending representation on merits after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a fixed time frame.
4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of the prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off directing the District Magistratecum-Collector, Patna to dispose off the pending representation dated 16.04.2018 (annexure P/4) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other parties concerned, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed off.
7. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed off.
