Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No.236 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner that on forged certificate she got appointment as Aangan Wari Sevika.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that after coming to know about the allegation she has already resigned and the person having similar allegation has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-Gordian Bench of this Court, vide order dated 10.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66616 of 2019(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 No.42560 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No.236 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
