The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to issue letter of acceptance and enter into an agreement and to issue work order in favour of the petitioner, who claims to be the successful bidder in Tender Notice No.2/2014-15 issued by the Executive Engineer, Ground Water Investigation Division, Minor Water Resources Department,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14427 of 2015 dt.24-09-2015 State of Bihar for procurement of telemetry works and for supply, installation, commission, operation and maintenance for five years of automatic Digital Ground Water Level Recorder with Telemetry System.

3. By filing a mentioning slip learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the writ petition may be taken up out of turn and that the same may be disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider its case.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with consent of the parties, directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2015 said to have been filed before him and pending after grant of opportunity to the petitioner of being heard in the matter in accordance with law and proceed in the matter expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
