2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner under conspiracy fraudulently got the land of informant executed in favour of coaccused Vikas Kumar and Deepak Kumar. It is further alleged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62000 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/3 that when informant came to know about the forgery, then she went to complain to co-accused Vikas Kumar and Deepak Kumar, then they transferred the same land in favour of coaccused Shrawan Kumar.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner is only the witness to the alleged sale deed. Petitioner had no knowledge about the forgery, he has signed in the alleged sale deed as a witness only because co-accused Vikash Kumar is his villager. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned counsels for the State and informant opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024,
