Learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the orders as contained in Annexure-4 series, submits that the District Education Officer, Jamui has already passed order in favour of the petitioner way back on 1.12.2012 but the order is proved illusory as the respondent Block Education Officer and the Headmaster of the School in question have not carried out the direction for payment of honorarium.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Education Officer, Jamui to take coercive action against the respondent Nos. 4 to 6 including stoppage of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18966 of 2016 dt.12-02-2018 2/2 their salary until compliance of the orders as contained in Annexure-4 series for payment of admitted honorarium to the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
