2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) and 21 (b) of NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, 7.2 grams of smack and Rs. 8,500/- in cash was recovered from the pocket of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no criminal antecedent of similar nature against the petitioner. He is under custody since 26.06.2024.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS Act) Patna Sadar in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
