JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he was posted vide Annexure-9 at Dhanaura, Kahalgaon till inquiry is held by the Regional Deputy Director (Education), Bhagalpur Division with respect to the charges leveled against him at Shri Hanuman Prasad High School, Chandipatti, Bhagalpur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18706 of 2016 dt.13-02-2017 However, it is contended that the petitioner was not allowed to join there as there was no post available.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5, i.e., the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur to ensure joining of the petitioner at High School, Dhanaura Kahalgaon. If post is not available then he will pass a reasoned order reverting him back at his earlier place of posting or at any different place. The period during which the petitioner could not join should be regularized in accordance with law by the concerned authority.
