After perusal of the materials on record, this Court is not convinced by the arguments advanced by the petitioner. The application, which was filed earlier as Cr.Misc. No.18814 of 2017, wherein vide order dated 10.05.2017, the disputed identity of the person, who is said to have filed the anticipatory bail application, which after due consideration has been rejected, the present position remains the same.

As such, the present issue with regard to the maintainability of the present anticipatory bail application is decided against the petitioner and is, accordingly, rejected. The petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse to any other appropriate legal remedy, which may be available to him.
