====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Asawn P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case, total 4.680 ltrs of Whisky was recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 05.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
