The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 7 of 2019 dated 02.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 427, 354(B), 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that several persons have been named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has been arrayed in the column of the accused persons without any specific accusation against him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55735 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Most of the accused persons have been granted bail by the court below and few of them have been granted anticipatory bail by different benches of this Court.

For the aforestated reasons, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Incharge, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 7 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
