Sinha, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Ranjan Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 2 and 3.

2. The petitioners have moved the Court under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49105 of 2014(6) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That this a petition for quashing of the order of cognizance dated 27/06/2014 passed by Learned CJM, Patna in Kotwali P.S.

Case No. 291/2014 u/s 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 I.P.C. pending before CJM at Patna."

3. On the last occasion, the Court had taken strong objection to the opposite party no. 2 not being present in Court. Pursuant thereto, he is present in Court along with his mother i.e., both the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 are present. The petitioners no. 1 and 4 are also present.

4. On the request of the Court, Mr. Rajeeva Roy, learned counsel, who earlier was acting as a Mediator between the parties, in another proceeding, is also present.

5. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
