If that be so, the petitioner is directed to file a complaint along with certified copy of this order before Respondent No. 3 Circle Officer, Arwal who shall register the same as an encroachment case under the Bihar Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.12242 of 2018 dt.23-07-2018 2/2 Encroachment Act and proceed to remove the encroachment in accordance with law. Needless to emphasize that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the allegation made and it is exclusively for Respondent No. 3 to cause an inquiry, hear all concerned, thereafter proceed in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
