2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 10.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84095 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Koilwar (Gidha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 539 of 2023 lodged under Sections 302 and 201 of the I.P.C.

4. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused. The deceased was killed in the factory premises. During investigation, it has come that the deceased was given poison by Shailesh Sah and thereafter, the petitioner and others caught the deceased, so that he may not make any sound. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2023.

5. Out of six witnesses, two have already been examined.

6. Since the trial has started and is going to end soon, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
