The petitioner apprehends his arrest in C-II Case No. 14/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of Excise Act.

It is submitted that from report itself it would appear that the petitioner made main accused, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The country made liquor and other materials were recovered from the possession of another coaccused namely Vikash Raut. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43654 of 2015 (5) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with C-II Case No. 14/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
